I need to have another operation because of the placement of the implants. They stayed high and did not dropped, even though 2 years have passed since the operation. My doctor said that this happened because my chest muscles are very hard and they did not let the implants drop. He told me to make an uplift to fix the problem , but my breasts, after 4-5 months droped again, and became like as it was originally. The implants i wear are b-lite, high profile, 565cc, under the muscle. I'm thinking of replacing them with extra high profile, 755cc, from b-lite. The reason I want to replace them is the gap in the sternum, so the new implants can cover it and make my bust more impressive. My breasts are 14,6cm wide. B-lite 565cc is 14,3cm wide and 5,6cm High, 755cc is 14,8cm wide and 6,9cm high. I want to ask, first of all, if my doctor is right about the issue of the muscles in the chest that the implant did not drop. Secondly, if this can be fixed with a new procedure, and thirdly, if replacing the implants with 755cc will cover the gap in the bust and make it look more beautiful.
