Breast augmentation but no cleavage - how can I achieve more cleavage? (Photos)

Hi I had surgery back in 2023 I went from a A cup to a D with 650 cc. I have no cleavage . And was told once they drop I would be fine. I still have no cleavage and I like the size but I think I went too big. I am not sure if I have symastia or if I need more time for them to drop . At this point I really want a revision. Any advice on what went wrong?

You are a good candidate for a reverse tummy tuck and a mini. The revision of the breast lift would be the same scar as the reverse tummy tuck, but connecting across the middle. I would opt for an internal bra with Galaflex rather than implant exchange, if that is available.
