There are surgical techniques to improve the medial canthal folds. However, these are technically challenging surgeries and often have significant scarring if not performed properly. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area to discuss. My personal opinion judging from your photos would be to avoid surgery. I think the risk is too high for scarring in your case.
Hello!I can see you have very fine (limited assessment) lines on your upper eyelid. You seem to have an otherwise young looking face. These are common and don't usually make a significant impact on your appearance. If you would like to pursue improvement, different modalities of laser can soften those andmake them less noticeable. It's important that you visit a facility with well trained providers to avoid injuries to such delicate skin and eyes. Hope this helps!Dr. Rafa Ramos, MDCleveland Clinic–trained Plastic & Reconstructive SurgeonCoral Gables, FL

Yes - we could likely move some fat around through the inside of your eyelids. Or, can add some fat or filler to help with those depressions. You have several options.
Thank you for your photos. From your photos, it appears that your eye brows are very close to symmetrical. Rather than redo your brow lift, it would make more sense to manage your eyebrows to make them appear as even as possible. Your postoperative photo shows irregularity of your upper...
Ptosis surgery (raising the eyelid height) can often have asymmetries following surgery. Revision surgery would be required to improve the symmetry of the eyelids. Best to see your surgeon again to get their opinion.
Thank you for your photos. You appeared to be young and therefore a direct brow lift where the incision is placed just above your eyebrows seems a bit aggressive. A direct brow lift is a good option in older patients whose brows hang low. If an upper blepharoplasty is performed in these...
