Right eye is too open - will a revision fix this? (Photo)

I had a droopy eyelid on my right eye and had upper eyelid surgery done 8 months ago. My eyes are still not symmetrical because now the right eye is too open. If I look down you can see my eyelid doesn’t fully go down compared to my left. What’s the best way to fix this?

You would need a revision lower lid blepharoplasty with fat grafting. Your lower eyelid fat is very prominent and needs to be appropriately reduced with surgery. The loss of volume in your cheek and area around your eyes can then be addressed. Non-surgical options will be of very little help.

Anytime you raise the eyelids, the redundant skin will gather more in the superior sulcus. In order to improve symmetry you have to address 3 issues: brow position, eyelid height and contour, and redundant skin. Revision surgery is possible but can be challenging. Best to see an eyelid expert.

A photo with your face in repose would have been more helpful for evaluating your issue. However, a robust HA volumizing filler works very well for addressiving cheek volume loss and restoring a more feminine, heart-shaped oval face. It usually secondarily improves the under-eyes, as well....

You would be a good candidate for lower lid blepharoplasty with fat grafting or fat transposition. This surgery would remove the “bag” from the lower lid and give a smooth transition to the cheek. In my opinion, surgery is the best way to address the issue.

To be honest, I don't see a substantial issue with your eyes in these photos that necessarily warrant doing more surgery.
