Thank you for your photos. You appeared to be young and therefore a direct brow lift where the incision is placed just above your eyebrows seems a bit aggressive. A direct brow lift is a good option in older patients whose brows hang low. If an upper blepharoplasty is performed in these patients, it fixes the brow into that lower position. Your brow looks like it is in reasonable position and therefore an upper blepharoplasty would be your best option to equalize and rejuvenate your upper eyelids. Best wishes.
You would need a revision lower lid blepharoplasty with fat grafting. Your lower eyelid fat is very prominent and needs to be appropriately reduced with surgery. The loss of volume in your cheek and area around your eyes can then be addressed. Non-surgical options will be of very little help.
Anytime you raise the eyelids, the redundant skin will gather more in the superior sulcus. In order to improve symmetry you have to address 3 issues: brow position, eyelid height and contour, and redundant skin. Revision surgery is possible but can be challenging. Best to see an eyelid expert.
