Asymmetry after brow lift and upper blepharoplasty - can I fix this with a revision blepharoplasty? (Photo)

Question

I had a 4 point scalp incision brow lift 7 months ago with an upper blepharoplasty. I unfortunately now have one eyelid that is visibly different from the other and the right brow is also a bit lower than the left. I am wondering what my options are here. I really would like to avoid going under general anesthesia again for a brow lift re-do since it was a pretty long recovery for it. Can I get this fixed with a revision blepharoplasty?

Thank you for your photos. From your photos, it appears that your eye brows are very close to symmetrical.  Rather than redo your brow lift, it would make more sense to manage your eyebrows to make them appear as even as possible. Your postoperative photo shows irregularity of your upper blepharoplasty incision line, with apparent deflation of your upper eyelid sulcus in addition to redundant skin. A judicious revision of the skin after careful measurements to assure as much symmetry as possible would seem the best way forward. This can be done under local anesthesia if that is acceptable to you.   Best wishes.
