Odd shape and catching feeling when I blink. Can my eyelid be corrected after botched upper blepharoplasty? (Photo)

Female. Mixed race. Oily/combination skin. 6 months since surgery and no improvement to this weird shape. Used to have a nice curve and only had surgery because the surgeon said she needed to raise the crease to match my other eye which needed ptosis repair surgery. As well as the odd shape there has been a horrible catching feeling towards the outer part of my eye each time I blink. The surgeon injected something that wasn't a steroid into the crease in case there was an issue with scarring but it did very little. The surgeon now says she doesn't know how to fix this.
