How much can relative flank prominence be improved in lean transgender women? (Photos)

I'm early 30's and 2+ years on HRT. My weight has been stable for about a year now. My main concern is that my flanks/lateral waist look prominent relative to the area below, so the waist-to-hip transition looks abrupt. I don’t expect or want to have a super curvy hourglass figure; I just want a smoother side contour with less outward flank prominence. I understand some improvement may come from removing flank fat, but I suspect part of the issue is also that my hips may not be as proportionally wide as a ciswoman’s. How much improvement usually comes from liposuction alone versus adding fat grafting to the lateral hips? How do you tell what is removable fat versus fixed anatomy/bone structure, and how much reduction in the prominence of my flanks is realistic if I’m already relatively lean?
