Seroma from 11 years ago causing dull ache. What could cause this? (Photos)

Its been 11 years since my one and only bbl, shortly after on my right but cheek a fist sized seroma started. I was only around 21 at the time and if i can do it all again I would’ve chose a board certified plastic surgeon, when I did my research after the surgeon I went to was board certified in dermatology. Long story short my surgeon was located in Miami, i flew out stoof for 3 days he drained with a syringe. The fluid kept building back up over and over until month 3 he made me wear a drain for a week, i went back and he cleared me. I never checked it out again or had pain or issues just a feeling of emptiness in that space and a little sag that is still there on the bottom cheek. 2 days ago for the first time i squeezed the area because it’s hard to really feel anything there and I might have provoked something? Its day 2 and now having a dull ache in the area sort of burning pain, can you tell me what this may be and my next steps ? How can i correct this in the future and if i were to get a revision i would do my research fully this time to make sure the surgeon is board certified. I never wanted to do another surgery because i was scared the same problem would probably get worst. Please any advice ? I’m very scared right now
