4 years post BBL - how can I have this lump removed? (Photo)

I am 4 years post op BBL. And this lump has formed on my left butt cheek. I have gone to the emergency room and got an ultrasound scan done. No fluid under the skin they said there was no cyst just fat cells. when I massage it, it goes away temporarily. How can I hep get the limp to go away permanent?

From the photo and your description, this looks like a localized raised area, but the cause cannot be confirmed online. Four years after a BBL, possibilities include fat necrosis, scar tissue, an oil cyst that is not obvious on one scan, or a superficial skin lesion. Since massage only changes it temporarily, I would have a board-certified plastic surgeon examine it and review the ultrasound; MRI or repeat imaging can be useful if the diagnosis is unclear.
Permanent treatment depends on what it is. A small excision, scar treatment, steroid injection, or limited contour correction may be considered, but each has risks, including a scar or contour defect. If it becomes red, hot, painful, drains, or grows, seek prompt in-person care.

It looks like this needs to be excised. The skin is thin superficially, almost like a very small blowout where fat is growing underneath.
