Answer: 275cc implants too small looking at fat transfer? Fat transfer to the breasts can be an effective form of breast augmentation for up to one cup size increase. 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. Multiple transfers would be required for additional cc's. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites but fat from other areas can be used.

Answer: Fat If you have donor fat, you may achieve about one half cup increase with the first transfer. Once your breast is larger, then more fat can be placed at a second time. You will not be able to achieve 275 cc's volume with the first transfer. Implants may be more realistic for you.
