2 year post op - how can this bump on my nose be fixed? (Photo)

Hello. I am now 2 years post op acter a revision rhinoplasty. I can see a bump that either was there but I didnt notice during all the swelling or one that has formed along the healing process. Not sure what it is. I am very discouraged and upset about this.. not sure what it is or what can be done. If any doctors have experience with this happening to their patients please advise on what could potentially be done. The bump is round almost like a callus. There also seems to be an imperfection or irregularity on the bottom where I put an arrow. That is the area that the incision was.
