Removing Rib Graft (SEG & Onlay Dorsal) without replacement - What are the risks?

Previously, i had primary rib rhinoplasty 1 year ago. Now, im planning to remove it since the graft is too hard. I dont want anymore graft place. I just want my nose to be more flexible and closer to the natural feel of my nose. I have been searching and found out that removing rib graft will be risky since the nose will be droopy overtime. In my case, my natuve catilage is intact and my tip is raised approximately 4mm. I dont mind if it will lose projection horizontally. I just want to wipe my nose excessively like before without having my collumela being hard like a rock. Thank youui!! Your answer will be so meaningful
