Is it possible to restore the old columella, nasolabial angle, and nostril appearance? (Photos)

I had primary, piezo-electric, open septorhinoplasty for 1) breatging issues 2) asymmetry 3) bulbous tip. The only “aesthetic“ change I asked for was bulbous tip to be slightly minimized. I asked my surgeon to keep everything else the same. However, he made changes I didn’t agree to. 1) My columella is too short and flat now 2) My nose is too upturned, nasolabial angle is too high 3) alar rims look triangular instead of soft and round. I need a skilled revision specialist to lengthen and volumize my columella and make it like before. Is it possible to restore the old columella, nasolabial angle, and nostril appearance? I cannot accept my current nose at all.
