How long should i wait after revision rhinoplasty before getting a dental implant?

How many months after revision rhinoplasty is it safe to get a dental implant? I had the tooth out 2 months before surgery. It’s an upper molar and no sinus lift is needed but i MIGHT need a bone graft.
