Platysma bands are workin, functional muscle bands that become more visible as we age. It is also the case that after removing superficial fat from the neck with liposuction, muscle bands become more visible. At this stage your best optins are lower face/neck lift or extended neck lift in order to transect the muscle and performe platysmoplasty.
