Thank you for your question and photos. If the lump you’re referring to is caused by filler migration, an enzyme called hyaluronidase can instantly dissolve it. Should you undergo further injectable treatments in the future, I’d suggest inquiring about a microcannula to administer the filler. Using a blunt-tipped microcannula can provide more control over filler distribution while reducing instances of bruising and swelling. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, expert injector. They will be able to review your treatment history, assess your concern, and help you decide on the best course of action.

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. You do not need a neck lift. If filler is present, ask to have it removed with enzymes. Otherwise, you could try noninvasive radiofrequency skin tightening to help tighten and shrink.
