I received 300cc submuscular medium profile implants in 2017. I like them, but my upper chest (the area under my collarbone) feels bulbous and it drives me nuts. I’d rather have breast have fullness at the bottom, not throughout my whole chest. Will a breast revision down to 150cc implants fix this? Or is the protrusion just a necessary aspect of breast implants, and should I just go for an explant surgery?

It does take a few months for the breasts to settle. Please allow at least 6 months for this to occur. At that point, you can determine whether the asymmetry has improved.
