Are my implants not wide enough? I got moderate 275 cc axillary incision I am not happy with this result. I was going for cleavage not two baseballs on top of my chest. In the pokadot dress photo I’m wearing a push bra with them and you cannot tell there’s any cleavage. Would getting a bigger implant fix this issue? Why did this happen?

Answer: Evaluation in person Difficult to say based off of photographs alone. In some patients, the chest muscles are far apart from each other and limit how close you can get the implants to each other--in these patients, switching to subfascial and/or fat grafting the medial breast can typically improve cleavage . I would be curious about the base width of your breast versus the implant width as well, as sometimes this look can happen when the implant is too narrow for the breast. You should see your surgeon or seek another opinion in person to evalulate and discuss your options.

Answer: BA results Dear Genius188143, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
