Uneven breasts after lift and implants

Question

I had breast implants done because my breasts one was bigger then the other . I wanted 300 on the left it was bigger and 350 on the right . She put in 300 on left and 450 on right . Now the right was bigger then the left. I went in ffor a revision and lift she put in 620 both sides. Now i have the left slightly biggeer and higer then the right. She said the left will drop more to wait a year . I woulld like to know if thats true . I dont want to have another surgery to correct it i spent 17000

It does take a few months for the breasts to settle. Please allow at least 6 months  for this to occur. At that point, you can determine whether the asymmetry has improved.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

With such a large implant, it may or may not have any room to drop. If you were uneven prior to implants and have the same size, you still may be uneven. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

Your surgeon is correct, it may take up to a full year for the breasts to completely settle.  I usually revise breasts by 6 months if I see a large discrepancy.
