Symmastia revision. How can this be fixed? (Photo)

Back in November 2021 I had a breast augmentation. The implants were way too big for my frame and caused symmastia. 6 months later (may of 2022) I had a revision and reduced my implants. The first couple weeks they looked great. Now the symmastia has come back. My doctor has said we will try using mesh since he doesn’t believe my tissue is strong enough. Should I see a new doctor? How can this be fixed?
