Fat grafting with ultrasound for safety?

Hello, I was wondering why no doctors are using ultrasound guidance for facial fat grafting? It seems there are still risks of injecting into a vein/causing embolism that can be easily reduced by implementing this safety measure. If it prevents catastrophic outcomes, why is noone using it?

For deep nasolabial folds or for cheek augmentation, fat is an excellent option. There is limitless supply so you can correct to full correction. It is natural and long lasting as well.

Thank you for the photos. You have good skin quality, so there is no need to tighten skin. Addition of volume (fat) would significantly improve the contours of the face by reducing the unwanted shadows generated by fat loss. Plus, it is a permanent result with very natural looking changes.

Fat embolism from a transfer to the face would be exceptionally rare, if not virtually impossible. But a chin implant is far more predictable and almost always a better option than for fat to the chin for augmentation.

I don't know if eyelid surgery is necessary based off of these photos, but I do think you could do with additional volume to the midface, especially medially (like under the eyes). This can be achieved with either filler or fat. It may be related to the weight loss but it'd be hard to know for...
