I would like to remove this "hooding" which is caused by sagging skin under my eyebrow. However, I do not want to dramatically change the shape or position of my eyebrow. This before and after demonstrates the change I would like to make.

Answer: Upper bleph Thank you for the photos. A surgeon can tell better in person, but it looks like your eyebrow is at a good height. The hooding, then, can be solved with an upper eyelid lift, or blepharoplasty, to remove the heavy skin. If the brow needs lifting, a lateral brow lift can be performed, but the upper blepharoplasty will likely be the answer here.

Answer: Upper eyelid improvement... If you want to keep your eyebrows at the same location, you can certainly make a nice improvement in the upper eyelid skin with an upper blepahroplasty only. Be sure you see a facial plastic specialist for consultation.
