Asymmetrical eyes after upper blepharoplasty - are these results acceptable? (photo)

Hello, 6 months after my eyelid surgery it seems that my eyes appear asymmetrical. The left eye (on photo) has a more rounder look as the doctor took away more skin and probably fat there. Do you think the results are fine or am I too picky?

Looking at your results I feel as if you got a nice result. While everyone has some minimal asymmetry you were so close that I do not know that doing any kind of revision would be beneficial.

You had facial asymmetry before surgery and you have facial asymmetry after surgery.
Your upper eyelid blepharoplasty with the intention of creating a crease was done well.
Your crease is even on both sides.
Your baseline asymmetry is in your bone structure and was not altered by the surgery.
In my opinion, you have an excellent outcome with evidence of well done surgery.
There’s no indication for further surgery at this point.
 All people have substantial facial symmetry.
Sometimes sometimes people do not look at themselves critically until after they’ve had surgery.
Look at each eyelid and compare.
