I’m 18, 5’3, 147, and I have been dealing with hooded/droopy eyelids my whole life. Recently they’ve been getting really bothersome and I want advice on what I should do?

Looking at your results I feel as if you got a nice result. While everyone has some minimal asymmetry you were so close that I do not know that doing any kind of revision would be beneficial.
