I’m 18, 5’3, 147, and I have been dealing with hooded/droopy eyelids my whole life. Recently they’ve been getting really bothersome and I want advice on what I should do?

It appears you would benefit from a browlift. This will raise the eyebrows higher to they are at the level of the orbital rim. At the same time, the browlift can be extended inferior to pull up the corners of the eyes, doing more of a mid-facelift as well. You may also need a blepharoplasty...
