Orbicularis oculi bulging when smiling, which procedure to address this? (Photos)

I'm fairly happy with my eyes when not smiling. However when I do smile and I'm smiling a lot now I get bulges and a deep crease on the side of each eye. I'm not sure what procedure to address this.
