Hi, thank you for sharing your question. BBL surgery can be safely done with your endometriosis diagnosis. You will need clearance from your Ob/Gyn and should be off any estrogen-like medication if it is safe to do so from your doctor’s standpoint.

I don't see any reason you cannot undergo a BBL with your diagnosis of endometriosis and cannot think of any contraindication for you to have the surgery.

Your gynecologist is correct. You may or may not be a good candidate for a BBL but having endometriosis does not prevent you from having cosmetic surgery.
