I want to get a BBL and I want dramatic results but I’ve been reading that if your skin is too tight then it’s hard to fit fat. Would you say I have tight skin? I’m 23, 5’2” and 163lbs. BMI 30

Answer: 23 years old - I want to get a BBL. Do I have tight skin? Thanks for in clothed posted photos, always better to post nude... Yes you can have a BBL but you do not have enough sub cutaneous space for a "dramatic" result. You may need 2 rounds of surgery about 4-6 months apart. Plus in Florida new rules for all BBLs is use of ultrasound guided fat injections. This adds to fees. My new fee $7,990 for round 1, If return to me for round 2 I discount the fee as a returning patient. Best to virtual consult with....
