Thank-you for your question. Going by your photographs, you appear to be a good candidate for a BBL procedure and the skin appears to have enough elasticity. The most important limiting factor often is the safety of the procedure and the planes into which the fat can be injected safely. You can have an excellent result in one session alone but a second session after a few months may make the results even more dramatic. Please find a Plastic Surgeon in your area experienced in these procedures who can help you with all your concerns. All the best!

In some cases, very tight space between muscle and skin of buttocks and hips (athletes) may limit how much fat grafts can be placed at one time. In those cases, graduate enlargement can be achieved with fat grafting in 2-3 surgeries. However, based on your photos, I do not think that you will have that problem. Good luck.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thanks for in clothed posted photos, always better to post nude... Yes you can have a BBL but you do not have enough sub cutaneous space for a "dramatic" result. You may need 2 rounds of surgery about 4-6 months apart. Plus in Florida new rules for all BBLs is use of ultrasound guided fat injections. This adds to fees. I’ve never had a patient worse in being tight was anything but an asset to body contouring.
Are delivering consistent quality results from both Liposuction and fat transfer is more difficult than most people believe.
Are there is a trend of a phone number of providers producing fairly unnatural looking buttocks that discount natural S curve that needs to be maintained in an attractive female figure.
