Hello, I've looked online but haven't found much information whether or not this can be done. I'm looking for maybe 2 or 3 mm of chin expansion on the sides (to make the chin less narrow), but I'd prefer if it was done without implants or filler. Is this feasible and would a maxillofacial surgeon be better for this type of thing or a plastic surgeon? thanks in advance
