I’ve been considering sliding genioplasty for a while, but am thinking now that I’d like more projection than before (noted in a previous post). From the before/after edit, is this level of projection realistic with just sliding genioplasty, or would it require an implant on top? I’m unsure how many mm the after edit would be, but I assume it’s over 10mm which is what I see as the standard “maximum” forward movement with a sliding genio. Advice and thoughts are very appreciated!!
