29m. Orthos/dentists have told me not to do jaw surgery, but both mentioned I have a recessive chin, and genioplasty is a good fit for me. I want more projection, a sharper jawline, and of course a more balanced face / features /side profile. Would a genioplasty work for me, my face, my fold? one surgeon recommended 6-8mm forward, 3-4mm down. Submental lipo needed? Have always had a thick area under jaw even at low BF%. Or do I need jaw surgery? It seems impossible to find answers.
