I wanted to wait to write my review till i had a chance to fully heal. This was the best experience. I had never had surgery and i surprised my friends by getting breast augmentation they all said i didn't think you were the type. As someone who has always been a beanpole i wanted to finally feel like a woman at the age of 37. Very nervous i went in to see Dr. Stafford. She understood my needs and gave me exactly what i asked for a larger B. It looks so natural the friends i didn't tell didn't know the difference. I would suggest silicone, Dr. Stafford suggested this but i only felt comfortable with saline because i am pretty rough with myself, still climbing trees. The natural rippling from the saline is something multiple Dr.'s warned me against. Dr Stafford made me feel comfortable and was super easy going. I love the results!!! My recovery was super easy and i was back to running in no time. Thank you Dr. Stafford!!!
Iam a mom of 6, and had 4 csections, no amount of exercise and diet helped me with the look of my stomach. I had a lot of skin hanging and was extremely insecure with my overall appearance. Its been a year that iam "shopping around" to find the right plastic surgeon for me. Once i got my consultation with Dr Debra Stafford, i felt i found the right one, at last. She is extremely professional, knowledgable , and has a genuine care for her patients. I spent with her over an hour to determine what will be the most effective procedures that will restore some of my youthful pre pregnancy body. Its been 7 days and i couldn't be happier. Her consultant, Annette is Amazing as well!! She helped me go through all the process in an efficient way, she is by far the best consultant i dealt with. I will definitely recommend Dr Stafford, for anyone that want to embark on a smooth sailing in the plastic surgery word!!!!
I had Juvederm placed in my tear folds and absolutely loved it. I also had voluma placed in each cheek and loved that too. I like her bedside manners as a doctor and she is very personal. I am planning on having more procedures done soon. I will post again a month after the next procedure.
Had triplets last year n had to get rid of my overly stretched extra skin n fix my wobbly mid area. As an international traveller and active mom, time was of essence. Dr Debra took the time to explain my options, prepped me and personally checked on me in my hotel room! She is a true pro and knows what she is doing. Couldn't be happier with how the procedure went. My recovery was amazing and mostly pain free. She understood my concerns about keloids and getting back on my feet asap and I'm proud to say that I have no keloids and got back on my feet in days! She is positive, warm and kind and really cares about her patients. It's been 6 months after my surgery and the results r still amazing!
I'm am so happy with my results I'm didn't think they would end up being so nice and naturally looking. I'm very very happy this was 2 months ago and they are healed up nicely, even and look natural. I have more confidence than ever thank u so much Debra stafford!!!!
I need to warn these of you who consider filler injections. DON'T do it with the Stafford sisters. I had it done two years ago, it cost me $1200 and a lot of suffering and shame. When the swelling didn't go away after a month, Dr. Stafford recommended drinking coffee and taking Excedrin extra strength daily for two weeks. The result: the swelling still didn't go away and during my next period I was fainting due to very heavy bleeding. A physician told me that Excedrin is a blood thinner and the recommendation to take it daily for 2 weeks was ridiculous. I was seen by three other plastic surgeons, they all said the filler had been injected too superficial and should be removed. I contacted Dr. Stafford and showed her the lumps under my eyes, but she refused to admit she did anything wrong and refused to remove the filler! I had to remove it elsewhere and pay for it, it took three injections to do so. I had to find a surgeon who would clean up Dr. Stafford's mess. He later injected Restylane under my eyes, I finally look normal and can smile again! He also said that the previous filler wasn't injected deep enough and there was way too much of it. Dr. Stafford's conduct and lack of response was unacceptable, please avoid! Updated on 12 Aug 2013:
Hello, Abdominoplasty with muscle plication remains the gold standard for tightening the anterior trunk in individuals with loose skin. BodyTite will provide an improvement in tightening the skin but not to the degree of an abdominoplasty and muscle plication but patients often prefer a less invasive option. I am unable to examine you so I cannot access the degree of loose skin present. I am speaking generally. Consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in which a physical exam can be done will provide you with more information concerning your options. Debra L Stafford, MD
Hello, it generally takes approximately 8 weeks for facial bones to heal so you should be healed by 6 months. If you have any questions or concerns, you should speak with your surgeon.
Hello. I am able to appreciate a significant improvement although fullness in the lower abdomen is evident based upon the provided photographs. Was muscle plication (suturing of the rectus abdominis muscle) from the pubis to the xiphoid performed ? If not, suturing of the muscle would tighten the abdominal wall further. In addition, you may possibly have residual fat in the lower abdomen so additional liposuction could be helpful.
Hello, you appear to have type 2 tubular breasts in which the lower quadrants of the breast did not expand (constricted) with a high inframammary (IMF) fold. The lMF needs to be lowered and the restrictive bands of the IMF released. The posterior portion of the breast gland also must be cut in a chessboard or radial type fashion to allow the breast to expand combined with an implant that would be needed to fill out the deficient lower portion of the breast. You would also benefit from liposuction of the lateral chest walls. Consult a surgeon certified by the American Board of Surgery for a full examination.
Hello. The chin can be expanded without an implant or filler by the use of osteotomies (cutting of the bone) of the chin or jaw. Depending on what is required, orthodontic work of the teeth may be required. Sincerely,Dr Debra Stafford
