I'm female in my mid 20s. I know i need genioplasty and rhinoplasty. My features are very unbalanced. My jaw and chin are larger than i would like them to be. I also have tmj so my jaw looks very asymmetrical and pulls to one side. How would you fix this to make my profile look more balanced and feminine? Thank you.
