Genioplasty after neck lift possible ?

Firstly, it is harder to give you the best advice without any pictures of your neck and chin. That being said, I would have recommended a genioplasty first. This procedure tightens and stretches the skin under the chin and jawline. Once that was healed, if you still wanted a neck lift, it could be done. A neck lift will leave the skin very tight, and a genioplasty soon after would be difficult and pull the skin tighter. If you still have a suture under the chin from the neck lift, it is still way too early for another procedure anyway. A genioplasty has no external incisions or sutures, but it will be harder to pull the chin out and can result it in a larger scar under the chin from the necklift. I would wait at least 3-6 months to consider anything, and give your body enough time to fully heal and see the final results of the necklift. Yes you can do a genioplasty after a necklift. But, why do you want a genioplasty? If your chin is small, perhaps a chin implant is much easier and better. And, it's much less metal so safer in many ways. If your chin is large and you need a reduction you may indeed see some sagging.
