How long after Ultherapy must I wait to do Thermitight?

ThermiTight radiofrequency and Ultherapy ultrasound energies can be used to treat different facial and neck areas on the same day. I have not done deep Ultherapy on the same area as ThermiTight on the same day but would allow the skin to cool off and do the 1.5 mm. superficial transducer of Ultherapy for the crepiness of the skin on top of an area that underwent ThermiTight for the deeper tissues.

I typically have patients wait 3 months apart to see the results of the last treatment.  However, they could be done on the same day. Best,Dr. Emer.

Hi Veronica. Ultherapy and ThermiTight are both treatments which lift, tone and tighten the skin. However, they do this in different ways. Most people will need more than one Ultherapy treatment for best results. Both of the treatments take about 6 months to get the peak results. If you are considering doing ThermiTight after Ultherapy I would wait at least 6 months for the results of your Ultherapy to reach its peak. Hope this helps answer your question.

Ultherapy uses precisely focused ultrasound which can be delivered at 3 different levels. The response takes 3 months to fully manifest, so you should wait and assess at that time. I'm not sure I agree that Thermi delivers the treatment at a different level or that treatment at deeper levels would target different collagen.

I would wait 90 days to 6 months before you sign up for another skin tightening procedure over the SAME areas. You could get treated in different areas on the same day. Ultherapy is FDA cleared to treat laxity of the skin in the lower face, jowls and neck.Read the Ultherapy ebook on the link below. I don't think the premise of your question is supported by experience or by any studies. There is nothing to prove that adding thermitight to Ultherapy will lead to superior results. The most important factor in outcome of such treatments is proper patient selection. If you were truly a good candidate for Ultherapy, you will see your improvement in 3-6 months.

I would not do another treatment at the same time, or within 90 days of your Ultherapy. Ultherapy is an extremely safe
treatment that carries little to no real risk when the treatment is performed
by an experienced professional. Ultherapy is,
without question, the best collagen-inducing device for facial rejuvenation. RF
devices, such as Thermal, only heat the tissues up to 50-55 Celsius while a
minimum of 60C is necessary for new collagen growth (Neocollagenesis). Thermal
is, in my opinion, a very poor tool that has limited to no use in facial
aesthetic.  There is no
other non-surgical device that does what Ultherapy does, despite their claims
otherwise. Furthermore, Ultherapy has the first, and the only, FDA approval for
