Uneven smile after Botox - will it ever go? (Photos)

Lower face Botox injection is challenging due to complex anatomy when you compare it with  the upper face. DAO injection placement has to be very precise, the injection placement or excessive diffusion of the Botox has caused this uneven smile. Unfortunately there is no antidote, it should be temporary.

sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with Botox. Unfortunately,
when applied by an inexperienced or untrained practitioner, less than desirable
results may occur. From your pictures and description, it sounds like your
dentist improperly placed the Botox, ultimately creating the asymmetrical smile you
are now experiencing. On the good side, the results from Botox are temporary
and will eventually fade away. While most of the results will end in three to
four months, some areas may take a little longer to return to their original
state. As it has been almost six months since your Botox injections, it will be
a good idea to speak with a board certified cosmetic surgeon, who can evaluate
your mouth and provide their reassuring advice.

It would be best to see a board certified dermatologist for an expert opinion as to what can be done for better, future outcomes.
