I have two small septal perforations in the back of my nose due to a septorhinoplasty 7 months ago. I still have internal swelling of the turbinates and have been instructed to use a fluticasone furoate spray to reduce this swelling twice a day. Just looking for some opinions if it is safe to do so? Thanks.

Hello,Your columella will not descend, and you'll need a caudal extension graft, possibly from rib. Go visit a few revision breast experts. If you are in SF, I recommend David Kim. Best of luck.
