I am 21 , 5’4 - 130 pounds and don’t have much fat so would like to know if I’m too skinny for a bbl since I would just want to fill in my hip dips and could like a more date and rounder booty I would also want to know if it’ll look natural on me due to how small I am , would I need to gain weight first?
Answer: Candidacy for BBL Hi and welcome to our forum! You are at a healthy weight for your height. I think you would be a good candidate for BBL. It is important to be at your comfortable body weight at the time of surgery. Weight gain or weight loss prior to surgery will most likely not be of benefit as your weight will again drift back into your "comfort zone" after the procedure. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for in-person evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...

Answer: I am interested in a bbl (skinny bbl) - would I need to gain weight first? Thanks for your question. You appear to be a good candidate for a brazilian butt lift. With Brazilian butt lift we transfer fat from one area of the body to the other. These fat cells are transferred in microinjections throughout multiple planes in the buttock tissue so that they can gain new blood supply and live in their new home, providing increased volume and shape to the buttocks. If you put on weight before surgery, there is more to transfer. But I do not generally recommend this because we augment the buttock during surgery for optimal shape, and if you then lose the weight post operatively you will loose it disproportionately from your augmented buttock and the results could suffer. We recommend patients to keep their normal weight and body form prior to surgery, and then we are working from a stable situation to create the changes we are working for.

Answer: Lipo + BBL Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards

Answer: I am interested in a bbl (skinny bbl) - would I need to gain weight first? (photo) You would need to be seen in person by a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if lipo and BBL would make the difference you are seeking. The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. I have liposuctioned models and thin patients with good results. There are a lot of women who can get nice results despite thinking that there is not enough fat. Gaining weight is often counterproductive. If you gain weight that is fat, some of the fat will likely be associated with the buttocks. In almost every case, I do not recommend weight gain prior to a BBL. I think it is better to maintain your stable weight. Visit my website to view before and after photo galleries of my BBL patients and read patient reviews as you prepare to consult with a board certified PS via Skype or in person.
