Soreness 4 months post-op. Any suggestions on how to ease the pain or what may cause soreness for that long?

I had Lipo 360 w/ bbl surgery 5/28/19. I have recently noticed that my abdomen healed fine however my lower back & buttock are still sore. My doctor has since vanished. No instagram. No phone number. I don't know wha to do because I'm sure any ps in my home town will not touch me. Any suggestions on how to ease the pain or what may cause soreness for that long?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
