i was interested in getting a bbl but i learn i have 3 small fribroids will it effect me gettin a bbl or should have them removed first

they probably won't create problems, but it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

A physical exam would be helpful to know if the fibroids would be large enough to compromise the look of your abdomen. I am not sure if it makes any difference the order in which the surgeries are performed.
