Forehead reduction , beautiful facial feautures(lips, eyes , small nose) . Only thing is I hate my long face and like it shorter!

Many patients are self-conscious of their high hairlines.  A hairline lowering procedure can change the look of a long face or high hairline.  In a one-stage forehead reduction surgical procedure, an incision is made along the hairline and used to advance the hair bearing scalp and shorten the forehead.  This technique can result in hairline advancements typically in the range of 1.5-2.5 cm.  There are other options such as hair transplant procedures, tissue expanders, and serial forehead reduction surgeries that might be indicated for some patients as well.  I would recommend consulting with a hairline lowering expert in order to discuss your hairline and expectations.All the best,

Hairline lowering is a commonly performed procedure for this.  You have the option of a hairline lowering surgery, or lowering the hairline via hair transplants. or even a combination of both if a change in hairline shape is desired such as round your hairline a bit more.

Hairline Lowering with Forehead Reduction. This is done using the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Incision. If your scalp is tight you may need a tissue Expander to do this. I have done more than 500 of these and have not had a  complication such as keloid, nerve injury or “bad scar”. Make sure you see an actual patient’s exposed hairline.
