A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish refinement of the nasal tip and narrowing the bridge line with all the incisions based on the inside of the nose. You appear to have thick skin and the tip of the nose, which is going to prevent refinement in that area, so it is important to have realistic expectations. Seek out a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for best results.

There are a multitude of different options for tip rhinoplasty surgery, depending on what each unique person’s needs are.
To get a quality assessment and better understanding of treatment options I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community who seem to have extensive rhinoplasty experience.
Look for plastic surgeons who focus either exclusively rhinoplasty surgery or have this kind of procedure as a major part of their practice with at least one to two decades of experience.
Look for plastic surgeons who are members of the rhinoplasty society.
It’s not a bad idea to have a multiple consultations before considering selecting a provider repair.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of the previous patients with similar facial characteristics to your own.
