I have previously had a facial fat transfer to my cheeks and under eyes but the results did not last. I would like to undergo another fat transfer but i am planning on having a revision rhinoplasty this September with a different surgeon. How long should i wait after the rhinoplasty to go ahead with fat transfer to cheeks and under eyes?
