I had a rhinoplasty back on October 2021. Everything went perfect and i loved my new nose no complications, but last week i noticed my nostrils shape has altered. I didn't notice before because u can only see it as a problem when i take a picture with back camera. So i had cheek filler chin filler under eye filler and lip filler done back in October 2023. My last botox was april 2024 masseters, gummy smile and my smile has altered, i think i got botched. I don't know what to do. Or my nose shifted

To avoid Stigmata of previous alarplasty, it's best to leave all scars at the nasal base. When considering nostril narrowing surgery, if the scars are left externally, this can be quite distracting. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
During rhinoplasty surgery, when nasal bones on narrowed, it tends to make the bridge raise higher than it is. I don't think it's unreasonable to keep some degree of a bump, however, some profile modifications would likely need to be performed. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
