Rhinoplasty in October 2021 & nostril shape has altered? (Photos)

Question

I had a rhinoplasty back on October 2021. Everything went perfect and i loved my new nose no complications, but last week i noticed my nostrils shape has altered. I didn't notice before because u can only see it as a problem when i take a picture with back camera. So i had cheek filler chin filler under eye filler and lip filler done back in October 2023. My last botox was april 2024 masseters, gummy smile and my smile has altered, i think i got botched. I don't know what to do. Or my nose shifted

Based on your photos, it appears as though your right nostril margin is a bit higher than your left. If this is what is bothering you, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for improving upon nostril symmetry. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Your asymmetry, if any, is very subtle since it took you 3 years to discover it? I do not think that you should consider any surgical intervention in that regard. Communication with your surgeon is always the best way to address your concerns. Good luck.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from from a little filler injected into the soft triangle to improve nostril asymmetry. If you opt for a revision, this could be improved by placing a mastoid fascia soft triangle graft with an extended alar contour graft. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Are we looking at the outcome of your rhinoplasty or are we looking at the outcome of your fillers?
If you want us to assess the outcome of your rhinoplasty, then please repost with proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures and contact your surgeon and ask them to forward the pictures they took.
In regards to your fillers, they could probably use some slight improvement.
