After a hairline lowering surgery, it is normal for the scalp to remain numb for weeks or months, but the sensation should eventually return.
This is normal and will ALWAYS occur. It takes at least 6 weeks for the feeling to come back but even with an incision that is too deep it should come back. You are going to get a great result!!!
Your decreased feeling 6 days after hairline lowering is normal. It will take weeks and sometimes months to return. In all these years I've never seen a patient who had normal feeling 6 days after the procedure.

By definition a keloid would not form just one week after surgery. However, I recommend you see your surgeon for diagnosis and appropriate treatment if necessary.

You do have some extra volume to your bone but it is unlikely to be anything that would be worth fixing. The best methodology would be to do a forehead reduction where some skin is removed from in front of your anterior hairline then the hairline is pulled lower. There will be a scar that fades...
