How long before I can have a forehead reduction revision? It's been 6 weeks since my last revision.

The biggest questions here are related to the goals of treatment and the problems that required revision. A revision might mean scar correction, hairline shape correction, further lowering of the hairline, need for hair transplants, etc. Some of these could potentially be performed within several weeks or months of the previous surgery, but this is very case-dependent. If the revisions are being performed due to inadequate forehead reduction (hairline advancement), this may go back to whether the patient was a good candidate in the first place or what the expectations were of the procedure. Please post photos of your procedure.  While 11 months was a good amount of time to wait for your first revision, 6 weeks is generally too short.  However, there are certainly other issues that should be evaluated sooner.  Regular followup is important after any surgical procedure.

 I would need to see photos to determine what the problem is and what methods would be used to correct the problem. You should see a very experience for head reduction surgeons. 

Its really impossible to answer your question without additional information, or even better with some photos. Why are the results terrible? Is it the scar? Is the position of the hairline not low enough? Was it hair transplantation or actual forehead reduction with a trichophytic technique? Please provide additional information or better yet some photos. 

Was this forehead reduction done by hair transplants or by surgical hairline advancement?  If the former (grafting) you cannot tell the results for at least 10 months.  If done by surgery, this becomes a challenging case that needs to be evaluated with photos and video and ideally in person or by webcam.

I cannot answer your question without seeing the problem and knowing what techniques were used in your previous surgeries.

I would have to see your results and understand what the failure was from your perspective before rendering an opinion.
