What is the smallest implant size (in CC's) that is currently on the market?

Some implant companies make implants from 110-120cc's. This would give you a cup less than what you had before.Good luck.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

I believe that the smallest implant is probably 125 cc's, however, if you want an implant that small, I would suggest that you might be better off with fat transfer to the breasts if you are a good candidate.  It would be your own tissue and it would be permanent.  I recommend that you schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you in person and review your options with you.

The smallest implant available is 125 cc's. There are two other perhaps even more important implant dimensions other volume and they are width and projection. Rather than suggest that you may need a 125 or 175 cc implant it is best to let an experienced board certified plastic surgeon evaluate you and advise you as to how to best achieve the optimal enhancement for you. I suggest the use of photos to show your plastic surgeon the look you find to be attractive and desirable. The smallest size available is in the 150 cc range. It would help to have a photo of you to better assess how your current implants fit your frame. Sometimes getting a lower profile device can also help. 

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry that your current implants have not met your expectations.  Although implants as small as 110cc are possible, these are typically in a profile that would not be aesthetic for most patients.  Most patients require a moderate or higher profile and these start at approximately 140cc.  Hope this helps.

The smallest implant is a 110 to 115 cc implant depending upon the manufacturer. However, these are very flat implants with little projection thus the benefit would be very limited.  At the same time, you still have the risks associated with having an implant in place such as malposition, contracture, infection, etc.  I would recommend consulting with your plastic surgeon.  You may find that a smaller but more proportional implant may be your best option but you will also have the opportunity to discuss other options like fat grafting or fat transfer to the breast which may be ideal at this smaller volume.  Good luck.

Instead of considering a small implant maybe fat transfer would be a better option.  Find a plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options.

Although implants come smaller as noted, it is important you discuss with your surgeon if a smaller size will give you the result you desire.  Small implants give minimal projection and heights and you must determine if it is worth the cost and risk of additional surgery.

If you are thinking about something this small, I agree with many comments on this thread, that fat grafting to the breast may be a better option for you. It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate you. Preoperative visualization with Crisalix can simulate what your body will look like after surgery and can help you make your decision. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of similar patients whom have had this procedure. Good luck!
