Dr. Mills is just the type of person that will make anyone feel at home. Visits with him are always informational and leave you feeling understood and comfortable with thoughts and decisions that are made. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!! His staff are incredible and helpful! Can’t say enough about this office!

Amazing experience start to finish. Every step along the way was easy and comfortable. This is my second procedure with Dr. Mills, if I need any procedures in the future I will be going back to Dr. Mills!

I was never heavy until mid life hit! Then I blew up, mostly all in my mid section. No matter how hard I worked at losing my belly, it never went away. Enter, Dr. Paul Mills from Renaissance Plastic Surgery! He is truly an artist at his job!! He was wonderful from the meeting to discuss what I wanted to the end. He always puts you at ease when inside you are a nervous wreck! He makes you very comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him for any procedure. My only regret is that I didn't do it years ago!

Very compassionate knowledgeable staff from answering phone, consultation, surgery, post-op. Explained everything. Gave me realistic expectations and listened to what I wanted. The results exceeded my expectations and were exactly in line with what I wanted. Totally worth it. Would recommend friends and family. Will go back if need anything else in future. They could not have done anything better in my opinion!

I am a WM, 46 and always been athletic and worked out regularly. Ever since I was in my late teens no matter how lean I was or how much I trained I always had a fatty chest. I tried every chest isolation workout and even on strict diets the fat remained in that area. My friends that I trained with always had the toned/chiseled look to their chest so I was insecure with tight shirts and just in general. I wasn't avoiding taking my shirt off but it was extremely frustrating that not matter how hard I worked out my chest area remained fatty. To be honest I never thought I had gynecomastia but assumed it was genetics and nothing could be done to fix it. I wish I wouldn't have waited until I was 46 but I am extremely happy I decided to meet with Dr Mills to discuss my insecurity and review options. Dr Mills didn't try hard sell any procedures or try and convince me I needed any type of surgery. We went over his experience, pictures of what gyno looks like and then a physical exam. After the exam he sat with me and took time to go over my options and what he felt would be the outcome. I ended up going forward with the Gynecomastia surgery and liposuction. I consider myself a very intelligent business man and also capable of reading people and their ethics withing first meeting. All I can say is I left the meeting very excited and confident and scheduled my surgery for 2 weeks later. Dr Mills & his awesome team went out of there way to prepare me for surgery and ensure I was comfortable. Now for the aftermath 5 months later. WOW... for the first time since I was a teenager I am not only confident and looks great but I feel healthier not carrying the extra fat in my chest area. Dr Mills did an exceptional job on the overall surgery with minimal to NO visible scarring from the gyno incision and or liposuction areas. I will say that you need to hod yourself accountable for living a healthy lifestyle or you will carry fat in general but with a healthy diet and regular training schedule my chest is now and for the first time in my life getting chiseled and toned. I can finally wear tight shirt and tanks like the ROCK ;) and not feel insecure. By far it was the best investment and decision I could have made for myself. I am sure you want to know about the recovery so will share a bit of details. Like any surgery on this level you will be sore, tender and it takes 8 weeks before you are back in the gym. but if you take care of yourself and follow up Dr Mills instructions the recovery is not all that bad and definitely worth the outcome. I cant say enough amazing things about Dr Mills and his team! Their knowledge, enterprise and overall warming cander made my experience the best. If you are considering this surgery or similar procedure do yourself a favor and go meet with Dr Mills.

My story started many years ago when I had my first TT. I had a c-section, gained a lot of weight with my pregnancy and had so many stretch marks. I got the initial TT in 1991 and it was really botched. I was so afraid to go back and trust any provider to go through all that again. As it goes for so many women, we work, raise and care for our families, life happens and we end up coming last in priority. It took me a long time and a lot of wherewithal to book the consultation with Dr. Mills, mostly because I felt "selfish" for putting myself first and was afraid to go through another procedure to risk being disappointed again. My only regret now is that I waited so long! I had my initial consultation in February and scheduled my TT revision in April. There were absolutely NO surprises throughout this entire process. Operation day came and everything went as smooth as silk. I again experienced amazing care and attention from Dr. Mills and the surgical staff. Dr. Mills called me that evening to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. All my follow-ups went very smoothly as well. I am now 3 months out from my procedure and am ecstatic with the results. I am not exaggerating when I say that I look at my stomach and really cannot believe it's me! Dr. Mills is a surgeon, artist and miracle-worker, and I will absolutely be seeing him again for additional procedures. My advice to anyone considering any cosmetic surgery procedure: Treat yourself and make yourself a priority. It is truly life-changing. Dr. Mills was the easy choice when choosing a doctor for my procedure. I heard nothing but great things about him as a doctor and it was proven to be true. I had a breast reduction on my right side to match the left. For what feels like forever I have had pretty uneven breasts and thanks to Dr. Mills I am more comfortable and look much better. I am three months out from surgery and I am extremely happy with my results and would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Mills did a fantastic job! I had a left breast reduction with a right breast lift. I was worried that they wouldn’t be even because it was a bit more of a difficult procedure than just doing a lift. They turned out better than I expected! Everything about the process was great! Even the pain afterward was tolerable. I knew I was uncomfortable with how my breasts had changed/dropped after weight gain and pregnancy, but didn’t realize how freeing it would be. I don’t feel like I have to hide or hold them up in the shower. I can wear bras without underwire, swimsuits that I couldn’t before, or no bra with a T-shirt if I want to. I would definitely do it again if I had to, and I would choose Dr. Mills every time! The happiness it brought me was worth every penny!

Best decision ever! I lost over 70lbs and had tried everything to lose it, but that hanging stomach wasn't going anywhere. I'll admit that I was scared out of my mind to do the surgery, but my only other option was to keep it. I decided that doing nothing about it was not an option so I prayed on it, a LOT! lol.. I had a few consults, but when I met with Dr. Mills the most peaceful energy overcame me, so I immediately knew he was my surgeon.
