I think I have fibrosis after lipo 360! Help! 3 weeks post-op. (Photos)

Question

So im 22 healthy female and had lipo 360 august 17. I wear my compression 24/7 i take it off for about an hour every 2 days and eat semi healthy. But as of like a week ago i got these lumps that are hard as a rock. ive been reading and seeing pictures of fibrosis and i think i might have it. I was never told to do massages and the fluid stopped coming out of me around the 3rd day. I did my first LDM last week but i think its too late and im botched!! My stomach is still in alot of pain.

3 weeks is simply too early.  You will probably need 6 months before you can fully evaluate your result.

It is normal to have some early lumpiness, and it almost always goes away.  LDM  and endermologie can speed up the process somewhat, but half the swelling is gone in the first month, and the other half takes a whole year.  From the photos, this appear to be a very good early result.

It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have some swelling which can last 3-6 months after Lipo 360. Compression along with lymphatic massage may give improvement. It really is too soon to tell what your final results will be.be. For best results with treatments like Lipo 360, I recommend adding a combination of radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing.   I have to say that you are still on healing process. It takes 3-6 months to see your final results, it is normal to have swelling and lumpiness but it will go away.I recommend you continue using you garment 24/7 and continue with lymphatic massages.Good luck.-

Feeling a lot of thickened areas there weeks from liposuction is common. I suspect you are fine. Go see your Plastic surgeon for reassurance.
