How can I fix this fibrosis after liposuction? (Photo)

Question

I had liposuction 360 5 months and a few days ago. I wasnt told about massages until a few weeks after so i only received about 8 and they were all spread out within 4 months. The closest place they do massages is 2 hours away so its hard for me to go often. I now have alot of fibrosis on my stomach. Is this fixable at this point? Or should i look into a fat transfer to my abdomen area as a fibrosis treatment?

massages now wont help these needed to have been done immediatley. you can try RF treatments like legacy, exilis with cellutone or z wave but likely you will need a revision surgery.  Please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Dear vivansoto33,I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction.  This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately. The good news is that it can be fixed and I have done so with good results before. While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.Daniel Barrett, MD

A hand massage won't help- you can try some energy-based devices like Z-wave or Cellactor, or some Venus Legacy, Thermage in the area but most likely you need to request a second revision surgery.
